The Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence
The Sharjah Education Council announced its readiness to launch the 27th session of Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence for the academic year 2020-2021, which is witnessing great demand for its 12 various categories, after adopting the timetable of the award.
The Sharjah Education Council has revealed its readiness to launch the twenty-seventh session of the Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence for the academic year 2020-2021, which is witnessing great demand for its various categories of twelve categories, after adopting the timetable accompanying the award.
In conjunction with this launch, SEC launched the new distinguished award website, via the address www.award-shj.ae.
SEC approved the receiving nomination applications from educational institutions on the 15th of next April, and the work of central arbitration begins on the 24th of the same month, however the results of the arbitration will be approved on 3rd of June. At the end of the award stages, a press conference will be held to announce the winners on the 17th of June.
The award, which is held under the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, form a tributary to support the educational field by honoring the distinguished in its ceremony, which is scheduled at the end of the award timetable.
On this occasion, His Excellency Dr. Saeed Musabbah Al Kaabi, Member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Education Council, thanked His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, for his continued support and follow-up to the Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence, stressing that this support enables the award to Develop its roles in spreading and perpetuating the culture of competition in the educational field in all its categories and fields.
For his part, His Excellency Mohammed Al Mulla, Secretary General of the Sharjah Education Council, affirmed that the Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence is a model to be followed in terms of awards aimed to upgrading the educational community, as it works to stimulate creativity for public through all the award categories. He explained that the award works in its composition to encourage excellence, honor and reward the distinguished, in order to contribute to building the nation and developing its sons who are its foundation and future.
He stated that the council is proud to present the award in its new address with a distinguished tour through its URL, www.award-shj.ae, which constitutes an important development and e-portal in enhancing communication with the educational field
