The Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence was established in 1994-1995 under the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of the Emirate of Sharjah, may God protect him. It is considered the first educational award at the country level.
1- Developing the educational sector by instilling a spirit of competition among them to achieve the best educational practices. 2- Developing the award’s work and methodologies, and raising the professional competencies of its employees. 3- Supporting distinguished students in various fields, and providing them with diverse and integrated skills. 4- Adopting an innovative methodology to attract and build partnerships that support the award and education.
